Reiki
Slow down. Settle in. Make space to simply be.
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice centered around the idea of universal life-force energy. During a session, Brandi uses gentle hand placements or works just above the body with the intention of supporting energetic balance, relaxation, and spiritual well-being.
There is nothing you need to prepare, perform, or figure out. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself a little space away from the noise.
