Welcome to House of Ivy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, retail space, workshops, events, and services. By visiting our site, making a purchase, or registering for a workshop or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About House of Ivy

House of Ivy is a lifestyle retail and workshop space offering curated goods, live plants, and educational, creative experiences. All products and services are offered subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By purchasing products, booking workshops, or registering for events with House of Ivy, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Minors may only participate in workshops or events when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and when all required participation, liability, and consent forms (including media consent, if applicable) have been completed and signed in advance. Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for any minor participant and agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

3. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to use our products, services, or premises for unlawful or disruptive purposes.

  • Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior toward staff, instructors, or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund or credit.

4. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately; however, colors, materials, and finishes may vary due to natural materials and screen differences.

  • Live plants and natural goods may vary in appearance and condition.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase or registration.

6. Workshops & Events

Workshop and event registrations are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for store credit only, issued at our discretion, for use toward a future workshop or in-store purchase.

Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for store credit.

7. Assumption of Risk

Workshops and in-store experiences may involve tools, soil, plants, paints, and other materials. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that House of Ivy is not responsible for minor injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage resulting from normal participation.

8. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Plants

Due to the nature of live plants and our inability to determine care once a plant leaves our shop, all plant sales are final.

Retail Products

All retail sales are final.

In the rare event an item is missing essential components or is defective at the time of purchase, please notify us within 7 days. At our discretion, a replacement or store credit may be offered.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift cards and store credit have no cash value and are non-refundable.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

  • Store credit may be subject to expiration terms disclosed at issuance.

9. Consignment & Third-Party Goods

House of Ivy may offer goods from third-party makers or consignors. House of Ivy is not responsible for manufacturing defects, misuse, or claims related to third-party products beyond applicable consumer protections.

10. Photography & Media

House of Ivy may photograph or record workshops, events, and in-store experiences for marketing and promotional purposes. Participation constitutes acknowledgment of this practice unless a separate written opt-out or media consent limitation has been submitted and approved in advance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our brand, including text, images, logos, designs, and branding, is the property of House of Ivy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to breach site security

  • Upload malicious code

  • Misrepresent your identity or payment information

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. House of Ivy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, workshops, or website.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Ivy, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products or services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
